A long-term commitment to coaching. Think of it as a full phase of training.12 week plan outlined for you to achieve your specific goals. Broken down into a 1-4-12 week plan with key markers along the way. 10-12 days of programming put in place at a time through your included TrainingPeaks Premium Account.This is best for the athelte looking to take their training to the next level and focus in for a training block or 2. Able to cancel any time and stack 12 week blocks into a full year of training$1500 for 12-weeks (CAD)(buying full 12 weeks gets you 2 FREE weeks of training)
